Social media challenge

We are in the world where social media is the buzz thing. It is inevitable for corporates to not get used to social media. What is challenging now is the way to track it.

Twitter, Facebook, Digg, LinkedIn, orkut, flickr, everything has become an extension of company's marketing programs. Some companies have their dedicated team working on social media, while some opt to track the use of social media by customers, competitors, and influencers.

It is now a challenge to the companies to track the inputs by millions of groups and people online. Yet, it is an opportunity. There are a lot of softwares that help organisations track their mention, but every one has it's handicap.
