HP weds EDS

With HP closing it's acquisition of Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) today, it is the largest acquisition in IT sector following the HP Compaq merger in 2002. With this merger, HP and EDS will be able to provide their clients the best of their services with the best of the technology considering that HP is a leader in providing IT solutions to a huge base of IT companies.
With the cut-throat competition mergers and acquisition are the best way to stay a leader in the industry.
