Tiger pays the price for poor driving
Like I discussed in my post of Brand Ambassadors and how they can mess up, Accenture has decided to pull off all commercials with Tiger in it. But, Tiger still dominates the world of Golf and TAG Heuer has decided that it will continue with Tiger in it's promotions.

Where did tiger go wrong?
I tried understanding where Tiger went wrong. Realised that things would have been easier and nothing would have messed up had he driven carefully.

Brand ambassadors and personal life
Ever wondered how a brand ambassador can mess up all the hard work done in his life? I never thought. When Tiger's news came into picture, all I am worried is about his game. I dont care about his personal life, not about the brands he endorses, but I really am worried about his game.
Brand ambassadors have to live each day more careful than a common man. It is because the brand value is at stake if an ambassador cannot carry it off. Would someone consider a hair care product if a bald celebrity would be endorsing it?
Brands have an image, just like each one of us has. We are our own brand. Be it good or bad, any change in the ambassador's life affects the brand. It is exactly why Big B was chosen to pull off Cadbury's worm saga.
What I would like to see is will this affect Roger Federer's life and endorsements too considering Roger and Tiger are very good friends. What do you think? Sphere: Related Content
